Lakeridge Golf Course

Lake Stanley is home to the 15th hole of the Robert Trent Jones-designed Lakeridge Golf Course. The stunning mountain views and mature trees that greet you at Lakeridge Golf Course make you feel as if you are tucked away in a forest, hours away from the city. Several of the holes offer surreal views of the city and the 15th hole reveals a stunning view of Lakeridge Shores and Lake Stanley.

About the Homes

Lakeridge Shores is comprised of condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. Many of the original custom homes were built in the 70s and still display some of the midcentury design elements that have recently reemerged in popular architecture; large windows, expansive family rooms, sleek lines and minimal ornamentation. Many of the homes have been completely remodeled and others remain preserved in their original design. There are also homes of Mediterranean and craftsman style to choose from. Home sizes range from the 1600s to over 8000 and prices range in the $300 thousands for condos and from the high $800 thousands to upward of $2.5 million for single family residences.
